Often job seekers rely on their work experience to make the case that they are qualified for future jobs on their career pathway. What will be more meaningful to employers will be a discussion of your transferable skills and how you can use your skills to be effective in your new position. This class will focus on an analysis of your transferable skills and how you can make that bridge between your use of those skills in the past and how they will be applied to your future work. We will also learn how to transfer your skills to different industries.
