Events › Call for Vendors: Maker Market

KCPL's Erlanger branch will host a Maker Market on Saturday, November 23 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. If you are interested in participating as a vendor, please submit an application at the link under Registration.

Below are the guidelines.

• The Erlanger Branch will provide a 2 by 5 foot table for each vendor for set up. You will have approximately three feet of space behind your table as well. (For a total of 5'x5'.) Because of spacing constraints, that is the maximum allotted space for each vendor.
• The event will be held from 11am to 3pm on Saturday November 23, 2024
• Set-up will begin at 9:30 am that morning. No one will be admitted to the building before then.
• Vendors must be able to provide their own change.
• We only have a set number of spaces and a set number of outlets. If you need an outlet, please let us know in your application.
• Spaces will not be pre-assigned and will be first-come, first-served. You may not save a booth space for another vendor.
• At least 75% of the items that you are selling must be handmade.
• We will have volunteers the day of the event to relieve you for breaks. They can watch your table and let patrons know that you will be back shortly. They will not be able to take payment while you are gone.
• We will have a designated kitchen area with working refrigerator open for vendors. 
• KCPL will not provide baskets or display items.
