Children can mail a letter to Santa and receive a response by Christmas. Santa Express Mailboxes will be at each Kenton County Public Library branch, Kenton County Government Center in Covington, Historic Kenton County Courthouse in Independence and Kenton County Animal Services. No postage necessary.
